The 1866 Group was founded by husband-and-wife team Kevin & Sabrina Johnston as a natural extension of their beloved Irish Pub, The Irish Cowboy, right in the heart of Florence, Arizona. Hailing from small towns in Ireland and Scotland, Kevin and Sabrina may have brought their Celtic roots with them — but they've fully embraced the country way of life.
Fueled by their shared love for all things rustic and western, The 1866 Group has quickly become a local favorite — a place where folks can eat, drink, and shop while soaking in the charm of small-town Florence.
